That’s actually Kelsey Grammer from Frasier under all the caked on blue make-up. Certainly an interesting choice for the role and come to think of it, it’s actually one he has a good chance of nailing. Where are the glasses though?

dude kelsey’s involvment was announced aaaages ago… plus they released pics of him a while back too. its a pretty natural choice if you have watched the animated series where beast was portrayed as having a deep husky voice with a stereotypical brit accent. plus beast’s vocab fits the former frasier star like tight spandex on… well.. kelsey grammer

I had no idea a third was even in production until last week, although I guess it’s pretty logical given the kind of money they can spin off a franchise like this that has virtually unlimited plot resources to draw on. I heard they had some idea to make a series of wolverine movies which feels a little like shooting themselves in the foot.

I wonder how many they will end up making and at which stage they jump the shark.

Actually I was under the impression that the 3rd would infact be a Wolverine spinoff. Hence the very character specific logo this time. Hey i would still watch. As you said, unlimited plot points. There are always those that want into the mythology i guess.
