Best work avoidance tip ever: I just discovered that in Firefox you can flick back and forth between tabs by using “ctrl-tab” to cycle forward and “ctrl-shift-tab” to cycle backwards. Just have some serious looking document open in one tab and flick back to it as necessary. Hell, it’s even useful when you’re not trying to get out of doing work. This and the recent (in v1.4) ability to re-order tabs by dragging them around make me a happy camper.
