Happy Splashers

On the weekend we trucked down to Shikoku for a visit to Happy Raft and a day and a half of rafting down rivers, throwing ourselves off cliffs, crawling under rocks, abseiling down waterfalls and various other non-getting-drunk-in-a-bar related activities. Sadly my camera died a horrible death a few weeks back, so I don’t have any photos of the rafting part but we did get some photos of the canyoning taken by the crazy rock leaping Japanese guide. Amusing stories from the weekend to be committed to writing at a later date.

1155 days ago Dude, where were you guys? With the sliding and the zip-lining and the rappelling? That shit looks SO much cooler than the place we went last year.

1154 days ago Same place as last year but they’ve got some new guys in who set up a canyoning course in the mountains up behind where we stayed stayed last year. The river we worked our way down ended up feeding the big pool with the rope where we swam before lunch.
