Making pages

Hey, it looks like the Loop Line party made the news for causing a delay of “up to eight minutes.” Interesting to note that the newspaper article only mentions that it was foreigners in costume and on the train when I’d probably say upwards of 100 of the 450 that attended were Japanese, including a couple of families with kids in costume. Also the article states that “for two hours normal passengers couldn’t ride in these carriages” which seems a little strange given that JR specifically designated three cars for the party. Normal passengers certainly could ride with the screaming gaijin if they wanted to but the far more sensible option for them would have been to get into one of the five other cars on the same train. Or wait four minutes for the next one. News in Japan, you’ve gotta love it. Big shouts to the cops and station staff for keeping it all under wraps, they did an excellent job keeping everyone under control.
