Ham and Cheese please

From a half-remembered conversation comes this exciting piece of audience participation. I require you, my humble readers, to answer three questions on a single topic. “What is it?” you cry, “our loins burn with the desire to answer question after question. Please, offer us some relief.” Never fear, dear readers, I offer that relief. Your topic: The Hawaiian Pizza. Pineapple, Ham, Cheese. Those ever so controversial toppings that people seem to love to hate. Or do they? This is where we find out.

Your questions:

1. You have to order two pizzas from an entire menu of delicious sounding pizzas. Do you order a Hawaiian as one of them?
2. You have two choices Hawaiian or Deluxe (Supreme), which?
3. You have two choices Cheese or Hawaiian, which?

2. again, you need to specify a shop etc. sorry to be picky, but some delxues are better than others.
2. hawaiian. why would anybody over the age of 4 order a cheese pizza? like, hawaiian HAS CHEESE ON IT! unless it was some sick-ass cheese or one of those 4-cheese assortments or something.
